Teejay Responds to DJ Funkmaster Flex Challenging Him to Collab With Byron Messia

Even though Teejay initially made it clear that he had no intentions of squashing his beef with Byron Messia anytime soon, he is now considering a collaboration with the Talibans deejay.
The notion of the two rivals joining forces to create an epic track was introduced by radio host Dj Funkmaster Flex after he hopped on the internet and challenged them to collaborate.
DJ Funkmaster Flex, host of Hot 97 in New York City, took to social media on Sunday and challenged both dancehall artistes to team up and end their feud. The post featured a photo collage of the pair and questioned if they would accept the music challenge while saying, “CHALLENGE! CHALLENGE! CHALLENGE! I CHALLENGE TEE JAY! I CHALLENGE BYRON MESSIAH! I CHALLENGE BOTH ARTIST TO COLLAB ON A NEW SONG BY THIS THURSDAY 7PM (HOT 97).”
Both deejays were tagged in the post, as well as their managers and record labels. Not long after, Teejay responded to the challenge by sharing a short clip of Pablo YG saying, “Mi wudda affi think bout dat still.”

Therefore, even though it is now unclear if it would happen, Teejay has definitely not crossed it off, despite telling Byron to “s**k out” his mother last month.
The feud, which started with Byron taking jabs at Teejay, had birthed three diss tracks and numerous insults that were not confined to the music.
The feud sparked a lot of excitement in the entertainment industry, which might be why some fans are against the collaboration. One fan wrote, “nah a sting wi a pree,” and another wrote, “I rather the unity than the war.” Reggae artiste Barrington Levy is also in agreement with the collaboration, as he told them to run the track.
