Vybz Kartel drops “Badman” Music Video ft. Sikka Rymes and Lisa Mercedez
Jailed dancehall Star Vybz Kartel whose real name is Adidja Azim Palmer has taken on a new style of music, drill music which is popular in the UK and made popular in the USA by the late rapper Pop Smoke who Vybz Kartel made sure to shoutout in this new release.
In this new song produced by Massive B out of New York, Vybz Kartel slowed down his lyrics to match the flow of the beat and the style drill artistes perform in.
The music video was filmed in 3 different countries, Jamaica, the UK and in USA which will surely enhance it’s international presence.
Over the past month, the number one and two trending spots in Jamaica have been dominated by Intence and Skillibeng and as a result, Adidja looks to reclaim the top spot with “Bad man”.
It is a gangster song as made evident by the title “Bad Man” and according to the worl’boss “badman nuh run joke wi cut throat”.
