Share
Attorney, Lynden Wellesley who plans to represent Robert Fowler in the case in court, due to the murder of Khanice Jackson, says he has known Mr Fowler for some time. He had instructed Mr Fowler in the presence of the police to contact him if he was being questioned by the lawmen.
However, the police failed to contact him even though he had left specific instructions about their interaction with his client, they went ahead with another lawyer. He doesn’t know why they didn’t call him and he says even though women are speaking out about his client’s actions when he was allegedly interacting with them, these claims about the behaviour of his client is not on trial.
He plans to follow wherever the prosecutions go. He won’t know the strength of the case until all the evidence is presented. He denounced the persons who left comments on social media, seeking for the death penalty for Fowler; but he did not mention what his client said about the death of the 20-year-old, if he was innocent or guilty, or whether Fowler had anything to say to Jackson’s family.
