American rapper DaBaby is being sued by Danileigh’s brother Brandon Bills, for a fight that occurred between the two at a Southern California bowling alley on February 9, 2022.
Brandon Bills claims that the alleged attack resulted in him having physical and psychological problems. Court documents in the lawsuit reveal that he is suing the rapper for assault and battery, emotional distress, negligence, and the medical bills that have been amassed as a result of the incident.
Subsequently, a video that captured the attack is now being investigated by law enforcement officials for assault with a deadly weapon as Bills was kicked in the head while on the ground.
In the past, DaBaby and Danileigh had a heated argument on social media which resulted in her brother, Brandon Bills running to her defence. It is reported that Bills allegedly went to the bowling alley to talk to DaBaby, but, was outnumbered and attacked by him and his crew. He claims that he did not retaliate.
DaBaby, however, claimed that he acted in self-defense and reports have also revealed that he was banned from the bowling alley where the incident took place.
Sources have reached out to DaBaby since the lawsuit but have been unable to receive a comment on the matter.
