Man Arrested For Raping 4YO Twin Girls Smiles For Camera

Isaiah Metz, a 22-year-old man from Harrisburg, USA was apprehended in New York City on Tuesday, April 19 for the rape of 4-year-old twin girls and injuring police officers.
Reports are that two NYPD officers tried to arrest Metz earlier in the day, but suffered several blows across their body which led them to seek medical attention at the Bellevue Hospital. The officers were subsequently released, the suspect was eventually captured in a midtown Manhattan homeless shelter later that same day.
According to police reports, Metz was wanted for raping 4-year-old twin girls after being adopted into a foster family in Pennsylvania, USA. This incident reportedly occurred in June 2021. The suspect was also on parole for allegedly attacking a police officer in the same state.
The accused who was photographed handcuffed while being accosted by officers flashed a bright smile for the camera as he is carried away to the Midtown South Precinct.
Metz is reportedly facing a total of 115 charges including child pornography offences, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal trespass.
