Started From The Bottom rapper Drake has listed his home studio on Stufinder for $250K/hr in a surprising move but welcoming for upcoming musicians, especially those who are fans of the rap icon.
As part of Drizzy’s home in Toronto’s Bridle Path neighbourhood, he has created a studio inside his residence at Park Lane Circle that includes all the equipment he uses in his recording sessions.
In response to Drake’s listing, Stufinder tweeted about the major announcement with the following caption, “we are aware of Drake’s home studio listed on our App, we are currently verifying that Drake or his team did make the listing. Updates soon.”
Stufinder also posted another tweet as it relates to the business arrangements, “You will only be charged if the studio owner accepts the booking! You’ll never have to worry about being scammed on Stufinder.”

The multi-platinum rapper, however, will not be present at the studio sessions, much to the disappointment of fans of the rapper. According to the listing, neither Drake nor a sound engineer will be included in the booking package.

However, there appear to be a number of interested parties waiting in the wings already, with rapper Riff Raff being the first to book two hours in Drake’s home studio for $500, 000 USD. At the present time, it is unclear how long the listing will remain on the Internet and whether others will be interested in booking it.
