Prime Minister Andrew Holness Celebrates 52nd Birthday

Today, Monday, July 22, 2024, marks a special milestone for Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Michael Holness as he celebrates his 52nd birthday. Born on July 22, 1972, Holness has been a prominent figure in Jamaican politics over the past decade.
Holness, a father of two boys, Adam Holness and Andrew Holness Jr., was elected prime minister in the 2016 general election. He is married to Juliet Holness, who was born on July 16, 1971, making her just one year younger than him.
To mark his birthday, Prime Minister Holness took to social media to share a heartfelt message and a cheerful photograph of himself riding a bicycle with a bright smile. In his post, he expressed gratitude and optimism, stating:
“Today I celebrate another birthday and I am giving God thanks for life, health and strength as I continue the mission with which He has tasked me.
To the Jamaican people, I say thank you for your continued love and support and for your warm birthday wishes.”
The statement reflects Holness’s appreciation for the support of the Jamaican people, while the photo reminds everyone that he’s keen on staying fit and healthy while in the top position. He has shared multiple images in the past of himself riding his bicycle and or jogging.
As Prime Minister Holness celebrates this personal milestone, the Jamaican community joined in to extend their best wishes and support for their leader. One Instagram user wrote, “Happy Birthday sir I pray you live to see many many more IN POWER!!!!!!!!.”

Jamaica’s next general election is expected to happen by September 2025, however, a date is yet to be announced by Holness.
