Isat Buchanan “Confident” Kartel’s Murder Case Will be Over-turned After New Findings

Digital expert flown in from the UK proved that evidence was tampered with and fake phone messages could cause the case of Vybz Kartel to be thrown out when it’s taken to the Privy Council in London, in a high stakes appeal.

The attorney believes the Privy Council will conclude that the case cannot stand, justice will prevail and Vybz Kartel and his co-accused will be free by next year.

In an exclusive interview the lawyer revealed that the evidence put before the jury was evidence that was questionable.

Vybz Kartel is now in the fight for his freedom. His attorney plans to file a fresh evidence application to the Privy Council soon.

Vybz Kartel whose real name is Adidja Palmer, has been behind bars for over 6 years. Facing a life sentence in a murder conviction. The attorney believes the conviction is unjust and cannot stand as there was tampering of the evidence and he is confident that after a thorough review, the convictions will not stand.

It is said that the artiste is bigger than many Hip Hop stars in Jamaica such as Jay-Z, Tupac and Biggy with countless fans across the world, he regards himself as the King of the Dancehall.
