Jamaica Boyz vs. Grenada then Haiti

The Jamaican Men’s National team is scheduled to battle Grenada and Haiti respectively. The Reggae Boyz have a very good chance of winning their group, they currently sit in first place on 4 points.

One omission that is unrelated to injury concerns is that of Dujuan Richards, more popularly known as  “Whisper”. To the displeasure of some fans, the youngster will not be a part of this selection.

The Jamaican team will also be without 2 main players – “defender Amari Bell will see a specialist to determine the extent of the hamstring injury he picked up against Burnley on Tuesday night”, source: (Luton Today). The other player is Ethan Pinnock, he will also miss the trip as he has been dropped due to a nagging injury he’s been experiencing since last season and will use the time to recover.

The Reggae Boyz will go up against Grenada in an away encounter on the 12th of October 2023 as the two vacation islands clash in an important fixture in the CONCACAF Nations League. On October 15, 2023, the Boyz will tackle feisty rivals Haiti in a showdown that begins 7 p.m. at the Hasley Crawford Stadium in Trinidad and Tobago.
