Junelle Bromfield’s Reply to Comment on This Video Has Sparked More Controversy

Jamaican athlete Junelle Bromfield keeps making rounds on social media for reasons relating to her relationship with American sprinter Noah Lyles. On Friday, Bromfield shared a video of herself giving a German athlete a hair-do.

Amongst the many negative comments left on the video that was shared on Tiktok, one person wrote, “soon hear Noah chat germany business.” Bromfield decided to reply to that comment, saying, “Nope Jamaica business nicer !!”

In reaction to the Olympion’s statement, the person who made the initial comment replied, saying “Hear yah”. Bromfield was told by another person to “behave”, while another said that she should be “shame” to say something like that.

On the other hand, some of the comments were in support of Bromfield, one person asked, “Why unuh a badda har ?” another said, “me convinced some a uno just always a wait on someone to make a mistake to really show seh uno nuh wish a soul well but uno self.”

Another person left a lengthy comment saying, “Some a uno fi leave the girl alone especially the one them a wish the girl nuh get ni medal but at the Sametime uni a cheer for jamaica team, uni really want the rest of the team to hate her and don’t chat to her but that is not the case the athlete of jamaica still a talk to her and me sure know them want her to do well for herself and the country.”
