R. Kelly’s attacker Reveals why he did it

In August it was reported that singer R. Kelly was attacked while behind bars however the details were sketchy as his lawyer did not have much information on the incident.
Now we are informed with more details about the attack and who carried it out. The attack on Kelly was done by an inmate at the facility he is housed at, according to the inmate he did it because attacking R. Kelly will shed much-needed spotlight on himself and his case.
Robert Sylvester Kelly’s attorney Michael I. Leonard submitted a hand written letter to the judge that was written by R. Kelly’s attacker. In the letter the attacker who’s real name is Jeremiah Farmer explained that he was encouraged to carry out the attack by a worker at the facility after he told him about his plan.
The attacker also in his letter claims that his case is plagued by government corruption.
It’s unclear of Kelly’s injuries.
According to another of R. Kelly’s lawyer Greenberg, 53-year-old R. Kelly should be released, he states “it is time to release Mr. Kelly. The government cannot ensure his safety, and they cannot give him his day in court.”.

R. Kelly was denied bail on Wednesday, October 2nd 2019, he was charged with federal racketeering in sex trafficking during a status hearing in New York, USA.
