Jamaican music producer Linval ‘Shab Don’ Thompson Jr. and his co-accused, Tajay Clark appeared in the St James Circuit Court on Wednesday, February 19 to commence their triple murder case, however, the proceedings were centred around the prosecution moving to make an application to have one of its witnesses be present in court via live video stream.

As per reports, the application is requesting that the witness join the proceedings on Monday. This news comes after it was revealed in January that the witness in question is located overseas and also incarcerated in Florida on a murder charge.

Shabdon and his co-accused returned to lockup after the court proceedings on Wednesday. The popular music producer is being represented by King’s Counsel Tom Tavares-Finson and Donahue Martin. On the other hand, his co-accused is being represented by Khadine Colman.

Shab Don and Clarke were arrested and charged with a shooting with result in the deaths of three persons and injured multiple others on May 25, 2022, in Rose Heights, St. James.
