Vybz Kartel Appears as Judge on Digicel Rising Stars

Vybz Kartel surprised fans Sunday night as he appeared as a judge on Digicel Rising Stars, hours after he attended the 86th staging of the People’s National Party conference.
Videos now making rounds online show the flamboyant deejay entering the scene of the show, he is also seen advising multiple contestants on how to improve their craft.
Kartel’s partner, Sidem was also present as the deejay took part in the iconic show which mostly features singers. Notably, Romain Virgo, Laden and Chris Martin all rose to popularity from the show.
While giving advice to one young content, Kartel stated, “Mi neva know a suh yuh did young, a now mi get it cah yo voice come like one a them big beast deh weh a skate pan di toll, powerful enuh!’
He continued, “Si anytime yuh learn fi manage it, dem cah wul yo, yo hear that likkle girl, anytime you learn fi manage dah voice deh, the sky is the limit fi yo keep that in mind bigup yo self.”
He told another contestant, “Trust mi to how yuh deal wid the music mi si seh yuh love it from yo heart and mi respect that bout yo and mi pray to God seh yuh get a break inna this industry…. you deserve it.”
