Vybz Kartel Lists The New Dancehall Artistes He Likes in Part 3 of ER Interview: Video

In the latest episode of Entertainment Report, Vybz Kartel was featured again and previously unreleased cuts from his interview with Anthony Miller were shown. One of such cuts shows the veteran deejay listing the young Dancehall artiste who he believes in.
“Mi like Buduchop Kraff Gad, 450, yuh know Chronic Law and Squash, yuh know dem youth deh a my dawg them, but mi a talk like Skillibeng, couple youth deh deh Rajahwild, this youth yah from Ochi him full a vibes too Pablo YG,” he said in terms of names before mentioning that others are also doing well.
Anthony Miller next asked him about what it takes to remain relevant for years after ‘2 hit songs’. His response was, “Always try remain as original as possible, doh mek the hype get to yuh.”
According to the outspoken deejay it normally takes seven years for an artiste to solidify themself, “and from yuh break through dem first seven year deh, two thing ago happen, yuh ago have enormous experience weh can push yo fi possibly seven more years and you ago have a sizeable fanbase.”
Currently, The two previous interview uploads are sitting at number one and number two on the YouTube Trending for Jamaica chart.
It’s unclear when the deejay will release new music and with which of the new artistes that he named he will collaborate with other than Skillibeng, Squash and Chronic Law who he worked with in the past.
