Squash’s Mother pleads for his Release from Jail amidst Trending Hit Songs

[Sharingbuttons]The 27-year-old Entertainer, Squash aka Andre Whittaker has been going through hard times, as he is being detained for months and the police has not been able to charge him for any crime.

According to his mother, Shelly Ann Millwood her son has been a very peace-loving person who walks away from fights.
He was released from detention in June after he was held at the Free-Port Lockup for 4 months and he was not charged for any crime.

The police visited his home on August 6 and said he was wanted for questioning, but he was performing at the Dream Weekend party in Negril.

Not long after he returned he was taken into custody again and he has not been charged and even though he is represented by a lawyer, and he has gone before a tribunal and it was decided that he should be released after 2 weeks. He is still locked up, even though two months have passed.

Squash is the bread winner for his family and he is a trending artiste who has been negatively affected by the State of Emergency and the way the police has been detaining young men without having proper evidence to charge them.
