According to the police report obtained by The Star, the Saucy deejay was spotted driving a red 2014 BMW on West Atlantic Boulevard. Upon checking, the police found that the vehicle had been reported stolen.

The police stated that there was no indication that he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of his detention. The report also revealed that the artiste was detained without incident or any form of resistance.

As the police report continued, it detailed that Kemar Highcon “knowingly obtained the vehicle an attempt to temporarily or permanently deprive the victim of her property”. In Florida, grand theft auto is considered a felony, unlike some other states where it’s a misdemeanour.
