Rygin King Shares Words of Encouragement While Walking with Assistance in Therapy – Watch Video

Dancehall artiste Rygin King, born Matthew Smith, had some words of encouragement to share on Thursday as the entertainer continues his physiotherapy journey.
The One Time deejay has been utilising some of the medical field’s most advanced rehabilitation equipment as he remains steadfast on his mission to walk again.
Since his return to the public scene, Rygin King has been sharing his progress in physiotherapy with his fans on social media, and he shared a video from one of his sessions a few hours ago.
In the video, Rygin King can be seen strapped in a harness as he uses a Lokomat, a robot-assisted gait training device, to walk on a treadmill.
Sharing a few words of encouragement, the artiste expressed that his disability has never stopped him but has made him work harder and advised others to stay committed to what they want.
“Never give up. Never give in. Nuh mek dem tell yuh suh yuh cya. A dat dem want,” Rygin King stated.
Fans of the artiste offered him some encouragement as well, with one of his supporters sharing their own journey of recovery.
“Been through similar shit too. Ten surgeries in 4 years, and two of those spent in a wheelchair, but I’m standing! You got this! Your journey is inspiring, so please keep sharing,” the viewer stated.
Jamaican-American singer and rapper Sean Kingston also offered some words of assurance, stating, “Let’s go! God got ya back, mi family.”
