Teejay vs Valiant Feud Intensifies: Both Preview Diss Track For Each Other – Listen

As soon as one clash ends another one starts, this time between two popular dancehall male artistes, Teejay and Valiant. Notably, Teejay called out Valiant, Byron Messia and DJ Mac in an interview aired a few days ago.

In the interview, Teejay whose birth name is Timoy Jones pointed out that himself and Valiant were on good terms before his falling out with Dj Mac, he also highlighted travelling to the corporate area to visit the artiste at one point.

After the interview, a video began circulating online of an alleged Byron Messia fan taunting Teejay as he walked along inside a building. As the video circulated online Teejay made multiple ambiguous statements via his stories.

Fast forward a day later, Valiant took to Instagram to ask if the Uptop Boss was making mentions of him. He asked, “Me yah talk”.

Teejay then replied to Valiant with the story and the diss song preview below. In the diss song’s preview, Teejay says his song ‘Drift’ started the feud and proceeded to take shots at Valiant and his DJ. Roemich also picked up shots from the lyrical diss as Teejay called out the “fat managa bwoy”.

Notably, Vybz Kartel, MC Nuffy and Tony Matterhorn are in favour of the lyrical clash and showed their support in the comments area of Teejay’s post.

Valiant followed up hours later with a diss track of his own that’s aimed at the Up Top Boss. To kick off the track, valiant plays a voice note from a female insinuating that Teejay is a traitor for hanging out with the men who killed his friend “Grimy”.

As per Valiant’s lyrics, Teejay is not richer than him and is carrying feelings “fi a EP feecha”. He also surprisingly said that Olivia “Babsy” Grange will slap Sharon Burke amidst the war.

It’s noteworthy that both artistes voiced on the riddim that ended the last big clash in dancehall, which was between Vybz Kartel and Mavado, the ‘Drumline Riddim’.
