Usain Bolt Says Olympia Possibly Following In His Footsteps And Talks CARIFTA

The fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, might be passing his legacy on to his daughter Olympia Lightning Bolt as the cute little 2 year old has already begun showing athletic qualities.

Bolt has expressed that he would definitely be supporting his children with any career choice they make in the future, but the father of three has reasons to believe that his firstborn might be a future “track addict”.

Explaining one sprinter quality that his daughter possesses, he stated that Olympia walks on her toes.

During the interview with SportsMakx. Bolt also noted that Olympia is a runner who enjoys being chased so he knows where she will be heading in the future, but he could not say yet what his twin sons will be doing in the future.

“It was a tough road for me, so I’ll definitely show them the way and I’ll support them in whatever,” he said and added that the goal was to ensure his children were focused to make their desired career choice.

In other news, Bolt, who admitted to missing the field, spoke about Jamaica’s reigning dominance at the CARIFTA games since 1984. Bolt stated that it was “very satisfying” that Jamaica continues to dominate throughout the years but he felt disappointed that Jamaica’s 86 medals in 2017 record was broken in 2019 by 89 medals..

“it is definitely satisfying enuh to know that Jamaica continue dominating all throughout the years and it has been wonderful. The only thing I’m sorry about is that I heard that they broke my record, our record of 86 medals,” he stated.
