Vybz Kartel ‘Living It Up’ in Panama… Dancehall Artistes Reportedly Releasing Less Music
Over the past month, most of the focus in Jamaica has been on Vybz Kartel as it relates to Dancehall artistes, so much so that local entertainers have been putting out less music as reported by Prism Marketing.
While several factors have contributed to a decline in music releases worldwide in the genre, the largest factor is the release and continued media attention on the Portmore deejay.
Each day, Vybz Kartel saturates social media with new content, with the latest posts showing him out and about in Panama. On Sunday, the current most in-demand Dancehall artiste posted several content on Instagram, mainly of his shopping trip to a mall where he was greeted by many fans.

One of the standout videos shared shows Kartel in the company of two females, one of whom seems to be sitting on his lap, at one point he whispered something in her ear, along the line, “what the f**k you drinking?” which caused her to burst out in laughter.
