Two forensic reports including one that details the suspect’s phone records are the outstanding documents that the prosecution should disclose. Once the details are presented further directives will be taken from Mr. Fowler, explained his attorney to a reporter.
50-year-old Robert Fowler is the only suspect held in connection to the gruesome murder of Khanice Jackson after her body was found in bushes in Portmore.
Khanice’s bank card and handbag were found at Fowler’s home.
Attorneys Linden Wellesley and Althea Freeman are representing the suspect. The suspect was picked up by the police after the victim’s body was found off the Dyke Road in March this year.

November 25 will be the next court date for Mr. Fowler who was previously charged with murder.
